Thesis Title: Biclustering on the Uncertain Data Analysis

Fernando J. von Zuben

About

Fabrício O. de França received his Ph.D. in Eletric Engineering from University of Campinas (UNICAMP, Brazil) by the end of 2010. Since then he has acted as an independent and consultant researcher, eventualy working at Natcomp. The main topics of his research are bioinspired computing, Biclustering algorithms, data mining, continuous, combinatorial and dynamic optimization.

His current research works focus on exploring the application of biclustering on common data mining problems that are solved by means of clustering and on novel optimization algorithms that balance the exploration and exploitation capabilities.
