I have a medical background from psychiatry and addiction. The main task of the department is to represent a link between research and practice, to convey and implement new knowledge in the field of addiction to health-workers, administrations and politicians, with the freedom to do some basic research where that fits into our main goals.
Primarily we are focusing on addiction within a child- and generation framework.
