I am an organizational psychologist. I earned my doctorate in Industrial and Organizational (I/O) psychology, which is psychology applied to the workplace, from George Mason University (GMU) in 2008.
RESEARCH INTERESTS:
Leadership: What behaviors and strengths are associated with authentic leadership? Leadership approaches that empower others are particularly interesting to me because these help others reach their full potential, building the capacity of the collective. How can leaders best empower followers?
Spirituality: How is it practiced? What impact does it have on personal development and growth? What approaches do spiritual teachers use?
Personal Growth: What motivates people to self-develop? In what ways do people attempt to grow? What are the contextual factors that enhance self-development?
