About
I graduated from Annuqayah Islamic Law Undegraduate College; I got my MA in Islamic Philosophy and Mysticism at Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic UNiversity, Jakarta. Now, I focus on my Ph. D. research in Qur'anic Studies at Sunan Ampel State Institute, Surabaya, tracing semiotic application in previous Qur'anic Exegesis.
My other activities are, lead Pesantren Bahrul Ulum (an Islamic boarding school), member of Rabithah Ma'ahid Islamiyah Central Board, teach Arabic and English Textual Studies at Annuqayah Islamicate Knowledge Institute, and Aswaja Thought at Jember Islamic University.
My research interest is Islamic studies with its dialectical relation to social, economic, politic, cultura, etc., But, I can not avoid tempting issues on Islamic philosophy and mysticism as well as Qur'anic studeis.
