I am a researcher, writer, and speaker in intercultural studies, new religious movements, theology and popular culture. I have an M.A. degree in intercultural studies which involved a thesis on Burning Man Festival. I am also the Director of the Western Institute for Intercultural Studies. I am also very interested in religion and popular culture.
