About

LH is the founder of the "N.E.I. Project", the "New Emergent Intelligence". It is a policy at the service of education. Its principle supports the natural assets of children and teenagers: it does not seek to transform them according to social or economic purposes, but it "accompanies" them through their personal research, in their enjoyment in learning, in the discovering of their talents of creativity. This is called "Policy of Omega Citizen", which emphasizes the respect for the intelligence of each, so that each finds his excellence: the full expression of his Humanity.
The school should not shape a human being for a job and a quest for money, it should first train men and women towards integrity.
It is time we stop this phenomenon of dehumanization and mechanization. The question of the trade (profession) should come only at a stage where the student really knows what he is in himself, towards life, towards others, and in trial. Only then he should make a choice for the future. And we must respect that each individual progresses at his own pace.

The N.E.I. Project has no ideological or philosophical system, since its principle gives value of what the student shows up, thanks to his questions and answers. We thus call the "Omega Citizen" the student who evolves from his Alpha research for fulfillment (omega is the last letter of the Greek alphabet, and it represents here the finality of the human in self-realization).

The method teaches the common base of knowledge and skills set by the Department for Education through a new dialectic, an intelligence tailored to the requirements of today's world and tomorrow: the networking and globalization.

The project brings a new vision of a possible social progress, because it is based on personal investigation (also called scientific mind), realism, responsibility and autonomy in citizenship.

One of LH's fields of study :
She is highly fascinated by Pierre and Marie Curie, whom she finds exemplary, so she also conducts some research in this field. Pierre Curie draws further her attention because of his particular intelligence, a type of intelligence that does not succeed in the traditional schools, yet... (Nobel Prize in Physics 1903). There is an obvious connection with the sphere of Education, which should respond to the need of any kind of intelligence. And any human being is concerned, of whom the potential of creativity is to be explored and valued. That is the good news!

LH est la fondatrice du "N.E.I. Project" (New Emergent Intelligence), la "Nouvelle Intelligence Émergente". C'est une politique mise au service de l'éducation. Son principe valorise les atouts naturels des enfants et adolescents : on ne cherche pas à les transformer en fonction d'objectifs sociaux ou économiques, mais on les "accompagne" dans leur recherche personnelle, dans leur plaisir d'apprendre, dans la découverte de leurs talents créatifs. On parle alors de "Politique du Citoyen Oméga", celle qui privilégie le respect de l'intelligence de chacun, pour que chacun trouve son excellence : la pleine expression de son Humanité.
L'école ne devrait pas transformer un humain en vue d'un métier et d'une quête d'argent, elle devrait d'abord former des Hommes et des Femmes intègres.
Il est temps que nous cessions ce phénomène de déshumanisation et de mécanisation. La question du métier ne devrait venir qu'à partir d'un stade où l'étudiant connaît réellement ce qu'il est en lui-même, dans la vie, envers les autres, et dans l'épreuve. C'est alors qu'il devrait faire un choix d'avenir. Et nous avons à respecter que chacun progresse à son rythme.

Le N.E.I. Project n'a aucun système idéologique ou philosophique, son principe étant la valorisation de ce que révèle l'élève, grâce à ses questions et ses réponses. On appelle donc le "Citoyen Oméga" celui qui se forme à partir de sa recherche Alpha pour son accomplissement (omega est la dernière lettre de l'alphabet grec).

La méthode enseigne donc le socle commun de connaissances et de compétences fixé par le ministère de l'Education au moyen d'une dialectique nouvelle, une intelligence adaptée aux exigences du monde d'aujourd'hui et de demain : le fonctionnement en réseau et la mondialisation.

Le projet apporte une nouvelle vision d'un progrès social possible, parce qu'il est fondé sur l'investigation personnelle (que l'on appelle aussi esprit scientifique), le réalisme, la responsabilité et l'autonomie dans la vie citoyenne.

Un des domaines d'étude de LH :
Passionnée par l'histoire de Pierre et Marie Curie, qu'elle trouve exemplaires, elle a mené de longues recherches dans ce domaine. Pierre Curie attire davantage son attention en raison de son intelligence particulière, un type d'intelligence qui ne réussit pas dans les écoles traditionnelles, et pourtant... (prix Nobel de physique 1903). Il existe un lien évident avec la sphère de l'éducation, dans laquelle on devrait investir de manière à satisfaire toutes les intelligences. Et tout être humain est concerné : son potentiel de créativité doit être exploré et valorisé. Voilà la bonne nouvelle !
