About

The discovery and elaboration of the basic kinetic Retro-Rotor mechanics has been the main life work of Dr Acosta since the 1970´s. He developed a new basic theory of retro-rotor interaction, and applied it to the general theory of Kinetic Relativity proposed by Prof. Edward Arthur Milne of the Wadham (Oxford) College originaly in 1948.

By so doing he proposed a general operational mechanics for all main foundamental substrata of the physic world at large, so as to allow to expand the new proposed theory to new areas, e.g., a new operational retro-rotary dynamics of all material bodies, a new retro-rotary propagation dynamics for all bosonic radiation, a new conical dynamics for all matter-energy interaction, a new operational string theory for all quantum ED/CD interactive systems, a new mass generating retro-rotary operational mechanics for the gravitational field, etc., thus contributing on each field theory to introduce a new basic operating "mechanism", respecting allways the general Relativity theory, but allowing to enlarge it, so as to allow a new way for general unification achievement.

The difusion of the original works contributing to said field theory, as of all the original scientific works of Dr Acosta (published in the original spanish version through wordpress.com),  are the main purpose of this blog, as well as of the original main 1970/80/90's papers dealing with the design concepts on the  applications derived thereby mainly to aeronautics and astronautics, and more particularly, to the new arising retro-rotor kinetid advanced propulsion technology, a propelant-less new kind of giroscopic propulsor of far reaching enabling capabilities, to be developed through the now available open-innovation (and open competition) ambience. A new promise to human space science advancement for all in-space actors, and the kind of technology and operations capability (of aeronautical profile) the space comunity is long awaiting and actually seeking worldwide, specially the now emerging private commercial spaceflaight industry. 

Dr Acosta is an independent scientist leading a Colombian space science and physics research lab in Colombia, the (Center for International Physics Advanced Research) / CIFRA, and its associated space-propulsion concept development think tank, ProEspaCol/PEC, both based in Bogotá.
