In the photo, I am planting a tree in Amritsar, the Punjab, July of 2006. On 9-10-11 I realized that the link to my photos was not correctly entered, it now works properly but please note all photos are copyright per terms of host site and self. Permission may be granted upon request for use of photos with proper credit. I was honored to be invited to India and to China. "East Side Story" and "That Year of Rice", as of 11-11, have not yet been completed or submitted for peer-review. "Endless Cloth" has been uploaded, pre-publication. Note also that it will be copyrighted (c) The World History Association. It is scheduled to appear both online and in print in the Fall issue of The Bulletin of the World History Association.
