About
Myriam Solar is multidisciplinary artist, writer, musician multimedia, Spanish scholar, international curator of contemporary art and independent researcher of emergent fields of the complexity that tie the art and Literature to the linguistic one, ethology, sciences and the technology.
The center of its experimental work is developed in interaction with complex systems present in the nature and the evolutive universe where she finds the creativity and the emergency of its lines of investigation that will take to her to take contact with disciplines like fractal geometry, supramolecular chemistry, organicistic biology, the quantum physics and the artificial intelligence.
In the art, Myriam develops and creates the art and the aesthetic one of the complexity in dynamic systems, that include the art natural fractal, the art of fourth dimension, the intelligent art of the bio-organisms and autonomous universes, the bionic art, presenting samples of their work in galleries, museums, international centers of art, fairs, biennials and universities of more than 12 countries and Internet. Its work is in collections like Goldsmiths Library Special Collection University of London(England), The Florida Museum of Hipanic & Latin American Art, Miami, Florida(Usa), Museo de Grabado Español Contemporáneo of Marbella(Spain).

Additionally and as derivation of its aesthetic Myriam created a space of avant-garde for the international contemporary art in Spain, acting like curator and expert in contemporary art forum, introducing in the art the paradigm of arts-sci-tech-nature and webmuseums in which participated The Exploratorium de San Francisco, Arts and Science Collaborations of N.Y and Museums & Webs of Canada.
In Literature, Myriam develops and creates the Literature and the quantum poetic one in interaction with the art of the complexity, the new technologies and the virtual reality; the zoonarrative in interaction with the interspecies, geometry fractal and the Brownian motion. She is creator and director of the web museum Q-Literary Museum on the quantum poetic. Its literary work is made up of poetry and narrative for adults and children and has shown in recitales in Spain, China, Mexico, Italy and Internet. Her work is incorporated in Anthologies of Spain, Mexico, Italy, Canada and Usa. She is mentioned in United Nations Fourth World Conference on Women, Women´s Bookstore, Beijing(China), The National Library of Spain, FICOD´09 International Fair od Digital Contents-1st Fair of Digital Book, Experiences Multimedia Literature, Congress of Canadian Association of Hispanists, Carleton University, Otawa,Ontario(Canada), Concordia University(Canada), Hall of Hispanic Electronic Literature Virtual Cervantes, University of Canterbury, New Zealand and has recently obtained a dintinction in the World-Wide Prize Nosside Poetry of Italy. Also, her webmuseum was nominee Best of the Web in the category Audio/Visual/Podcast in WM2011 Conference, Philadelphia(Usa) and recently she is invited in Best Poems Ecyclopedia(Usa).
Since Spanish scholar has created Ice, Instituto de Chile del Exterior en España to register and to spread the cultural patrimony of the Chilean creators of the diaspora.
In his theoretical investigation Myriam elaborates the art and the aesthetic one of the complexity in dynamic systems from experimental works with the water, the colour and shape of a new type of invisible matter, the interspecies, the photographic camera and of video in that she takes part inputs and outputs from where they derive diverse Theories with applications to a third education, emergent Literature and technologies. In the literary scope she elaborates an epistemology on quantum poetic and in which she works at the moment in the Quantum Poetic Chair for its publication. Their diverse topics have appeared in a pre-conference in Moviestorm Channel, in the conference of the multidisciplinary classroom of her site specific. Additionally, Myriam has created a type of writing in interaction with the interspecies that contribute the unforseeable thing of a unknown structure of the reality where everything interacts yet. In parallel she studies communication forms animal and its behavior of interaction in natural conditions with birds, snails and aquatic turtles.Her current interest is centred also in the aesthetic of the biodiversity, zooanthroposemiotics and intelligence of the plants. In 2011 she was Finalist in Science & Math based art Contest Festival of Discovery, Invention and Innovation-Next Big Idea, Los Alamos, New Mexico(Usa).
In the strictly academic scope, Myriam has been Academic Full Time, exerting like Professor and Researcher in the Human Sciences Faculty, University of Chile, where she held the position of Head of Seminaries of Title, Practices and Examinations of Degree. Additionally, she has been Professor of the Center of improvement of the teaching staff of the University of Complutense of Madrid and she has been coordinating of the first congress of Latin American specialists in communication of University Complutense, Madrid.
She is Graduate in Sciences of the Information by the University of Complutense of Madrid, with studies of Doctorate in the same university. She is also Postgraduate by the University of Navarre, Journalist by the University of Chile, with studies of music in the University San Pablo-Ceu, of Madrid, and free studies of fine arts, new technologies in Spain, post degree in linguistic and semiotics in Faculty of Arts and scientific method in Biology and Medicine Laboratories in University of Chile.
