It Aint What You Do, It’s How You Do It!

Now basically, everyone has a concept of how to drop weight, don’t we?

Why is it that we find it so hard? Every single diet plan on the market, in spite of how fantastic it is won't work without one significant ingredient, Commitment!

Sadly that is not something we can get from the shop, that I'm afraid to say, is something that people have to supply ourselves,as mentioned in does fit yummy mummy really work (http://www.yojofitness.com/reviews/fit-yummy-mummy-review), and without this, just about every diet plan that you try will probably fail.

There are numerous good diet plans around and one diet that suits one individual won't strictly match another. Therefore you may find that you and your closest friend are going to start a diet plan together, your friend may be going great guns and dropping pound after pound, but you, are not. It’s frustrating; however it’s an undeniable fact of life that we are all made up diversely.

Personally I don’t recommend diets as such. Once you restrict your calories, the body would feel that there is a food shortage, and it'll go into starvation mode. Once in hunger mode, it will decelerate your metabolism to conserve calories.

You see the body have been set from way back that if there is no supply of food,as mentioned in does fit yummy mummy really work (http://healthandfitness001.weebly.com/fit-yummy-mummy-review.html), we had to hunt our food so our meals were not consistent. The metabolic rate adjusts the use of our calories making sure that in times of food shortage; we would not waste away and starve.

Today in this point in time, there's always food to hand; however our bodies are unaware of this. If you miss a meal the body goes on starvation alert and slow that metabolism right down, meaning next time you eat, the body is going to hang on to those calories and store as much of them as it could as fat.

So, what’s the remedy? There has been tons of investigation and in my point of view the way forward is this: To keep your metabolic rate ticking over at a consistent rate, you must eat regular meals, typical small meals each and every 2.5 - three hours, try and include proteins in these meals (meat, preferably lean meat i.e. chicken, turkey, tuna) since protein doesn’t shoot your blood sugar right up and drop it down again as sweet foods would. Maintain your daily calories to a guideline level, (check out your recommended consumption online somewhere).

Our next part is something that you are not specifically going to like, however, it’s the only method forward, you need to Exercise!!

You may need cardio exercise 3-4 times a week for approximately forty minutes at a time, and very important, you need to do weight training exercise, as the more muscle you have, the more fat you burn. Ladies don’t freak out, that does not mean that you have to look like Arnie, but you need muscle tone, and the more you have, the more body fat you will burn, even while you fall asleep!

Best Of Luck!
