PHD-Student
About
My name is Roy Knocke and I hold a „Magister Artium“ degree in philosophy and cultural studies from the Humboldt University of Berlin.
Currently I work on a dissertation about (collective) intention, responsibility and genocide. Furthermore I do some work for the Lepsiushaus in Potsdam.
My main areas of research are: metaphysics, epistemology and philosophy of religion. But I am also highly interested in cultural history of the 18th and 19th century; the social, political and cultural catalysts of nationalism and genocide and the works of Heinrich von Kleist and Jean Paul.
