About
Wibo Bakker (1974) works as a researcher, consultant and educator with a special interest in information design, branding, design history.
In 2009 he obtained a PhD at Utrecht University for his study on the development of visual identity in the Netherlands called ‘Droom van helderheid: huisstijlen, modernisme en ontwerpbureaus in Nederland: 1960-1975’. Earlier on he studied graphic design at the Artez Institute of the Arts in Arnhem and worked for some years as a designer on visual identity projects.
