About
I am an adjunct therapist at the Southern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault. I am also self-employed as an integral fitness coach, nutritional consultant, and freelance writer/editor.
My research interests include an integral approach to treating post-traumatic stress syndrome, using a relational intersubjective Self Psychology model as a foundation for integrating parts work (Internal Family Systems Therapy), somatic processes, and mindfulness-based spiritual practices.
