My research interest is in collective learning processes. I am currenlty exploring a dialogical approach to learning.
Some of my explorations were applied on organizational learning processes and sustainable design/development. Published studies worked on the topic of creating sustainable value through collaborative planning using Appreciative Inquiry and the Natural Step Framework.
