Adler Looks Jorge is a proficient consultant in interaction design and user experience with wide practice in consumer electronics, domestic appliances and health care. He is also an engaged facilitator of strategic workshops with diverse stake-holders of design projects. Currently working for Philips Design in Hong Kong, his responsibilities include strategy, product interaction and interface design as well as experience flows. His previous occupations featured research in design education and collaborative tools within the academic and multicultural environments of Hong Kong Polytechnic University as well as the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.
Adler's ambition is to motivate and drive organisations to design meaningful products and services by taking user and business goals into account.
Adler is a trainer of facilitation, distributed teamwork and team motivation. He is also studying how to use cybernetics concepts to make organisations more effective.
