aladin's signature approach is to engage critically and practically with organisations, communities and individuals to explore constraints, cultures and practices standing in the way of the development and implementation of effective, viable and sustainable processes which contribute to civic society.
aladin's expertise, experience and interests span the public, private and voluntary sectors and in respect of strategic counsel and guidance and cultural
encounter.
Based in London but also engaging with international processes, outside of academic and research interests aladin is active as well in management consultancy and as a facilitator, moderator, speaker, writer and artist.
aladin has been actively testing and developing management, social and cultural methodologies across society since the 1980s.
