About
I am interested to view the notion of effectiveness in technical oral presentation as viewed by different stakeholders from different communities of practice. My theoritical framework cent res on language choice and skill attribute elicited from various Communication Models from that of Hymes (1960's) to Okvir (2005) and Situated Theory of Learning (Lave & Wenger, 1975). I seek to contribute a proposed model for evaluating communicative competence in technical oral presentations required of engineers in the 21st century. Email me if we share similar research areas.
